How does the app work?

Employers and employees sign up to the app and create a profile for themselves

Employers post a job using the preset job categories with a job description, description of pay, location etc

All signed up employee users receive a push notification and email

Employees can then: view the job details, accept the job/shift and decline the job/shift

Employers will then be able to see all applicants that have applied for the job. They will then be able to see the employees’ profile to help make them make their decision. They will then be able to accept or decline the employee

Employee completes the shift for the employer and is paid directly by the employer – no money is handled by us

Employers and employees can then leave a review and score the person/business which will then be added to their profile
